How does Concierge Group Sales & Solutions get group rates and tickets?

We are hired directly by the event owners/promoters to provide groups with someone that has direct knowledge of their event to insure their groups receive superior service. Together we have worked out group rates and ticketing solutions.

How many tickets do I need to purchase to be considered a group?

Normally more than 10 qualifies for group rates. 

How many tickets can I purchase?

We can work directly with you to purchase an entire event date in most cases so no group is too large.

What if we want our group name posted at the event?

Depending on the event we can work with you to purchase signage or become an event sponsor. 

How do I purchase my tickets?

Easy work directly with your personal concierge and they will guide you through the entire process.

How do we pay for the tickets?

Normally, we can accept all major credit cards, pre-paid credit cards, debit cards and company and/or organizational check – sorry no personal checks allowed. This can vary depending on the event.

How do we receive our tickets?

Tickets will be issued to the Group Leader, however we have numerous solutions to make the distribution as easy as possible for you.

At what age does a child require a ticket?

Normally at 2 years old, however there are some events that require all patrons no matter what age to have a ticket. Please check with your personal Concierge member.
